Peter
Warner MBA, MIMC leads the team. He is a solicitor admitted
to practice in 1985 with a wealth of consultancy, training and management
experience. He joined a major law network in 1992 where he was responsible
for the planning, co-ordination and implementation of business reviews
and consultancy projects for practices ranging in size from four
to sixty five partners. His recent work includes various quality
and performance improvement initiatives such as Investors in People.
ISO 9000, Lexcel, Legal Aid Franchising, Barmark, Risk Management,
Practice Excellence, Business Planning, Marketing Strategy and Change

Stuart-Wilson is a director of UMD Professional and an experienced
senior manager within both the public and private sectors. She has
many years experience as a trainer and facilitator, and developed
the "Hands-on Management Programme" which has received
acclaim from practices and Business Links around the UK. Fiona specialises
in strategic management and people development, and is the author
of many articles on business management and a book on marketing
in professional practice. |

Roger Lilley is a highly experienced manager who worked for many years for one of the UK's largest companies, covering a range of senior management roles in Sales, Business Development and International Marketing. He provides sales and marketing consultancy to a variety of businesses and is one of the tutors on UMD Professional's ILM management qualification courses. |
