Please read carefully our terms and conditions before booking a programme with us.

Booking Conditions for In-House Workshops

Confirmation of your booking Your booking will be confirmed in writing by us within 5 working days of receiving your booking. We will invoice you 5 working days before the workshop date.

Delegate numbers In-house courses are run for a maximum of 15 participants. If you would like more participants to attend, please contact us as there will be an additional charge for each additional participant.

Venue requirements Administrative arrangements for the venue are provided by the practice booking the course, and a checklist outlining UMD Professional's preferred requirements will be provided at the time of confirmation.

Cancellation charges If the practice or firm cancels the course, then a sliding scale of cancellation charges applies:
Cancellation within 14 days of the applicant's place being confirmed: no charge.
Thereafter
More than 42 days prior to the start of the programme: no charge
28-41 days prior to the start of the programme: 50% of fee
14-27 days prior to start of the programme: 75% of fee
Less than 14 days prior to start of the programme: 100% of fee

Please note that all notifications of cancellation must be made in writing to UMD Professional Ltd.

In the unlikely event of UMD Professional Ltd cancelling the course, all monies paid by the practice prior to the workshop will be refunded. UMD Professional Ltd reserves the right to cancel a course at any time and offer an alternative date, a credit or refund, without any liability for any consequential or indirect loss.

Trainers Althoug every effort will be made to provide a named or requested trainer, UMD Professional reserves the right to provide an alternative trainer at any time.

Booking Conditions for Open Programmes

Fees All fees quoted are per delegate.

Booking Your booking will be confirmed in writing within five working days of us receiving it. Your booking is deemed to be confirmed by you at the point it is received by UMD Professional Ltd. Please call us on 020 8255 2073 or click here for a brochure and booking form to be posted to you.

Invoicing We will invoice you 14 days before the date of the programme you have booked.

Cancellations All requests for cancellation must be confirmed in writing. If a delegate withdraws from a programme the practice will be charged a proportion of the fee for the cancelled place depending on the length of notice given:
Cancellation within 14 days of the applicant's place being confirmed: no charge.
Thereafter
More than 42 days prior to the start of the programme: no charge
28-41 days prior to the start of the programme: 50% of fee
14-27 days prior to start of the programme: 75% of fee
Less than 14 days prior to start of the programme: 100% of fee

Transfers There is no charge for the transfer of a place to another participant from the same practice prior to the commencement of the course; all requests for transfers must be confirmed in writing.

Joining instructions We will send you joining instructions for your programme at least two weeks before the event. These will contain details of the venue, travel information, start and finish times and any other relevant details.

Refreshments All full day programmes include refreshments throughout the day and lunch. Please advise us at least five working days before the event if you have any special dietary requirements.
