journal and series editor of a management book series. She is the author of many articles on business management
in professional practice and is in demand as a speaker at business conferences in the UK and internationally. |

He is now Senior Assessor for UMD Professional and tutor for the fast track and distance learning management qualification programmes for managers at veterinary clinics. |
