UMD Professional's management programmes have been developed in consultation with architects to help principals, partners and directors take greater control in an increasingly competitive and demanding market place, enabling them to have more confidence in their business decision making and management abilities, and gain competitive advantage. Our programmes range from workshops delivered in-house at your practice to multi-day open programmes which are spread over several months and run throughout the UK. The Management Development workshops are practical and interactive, enabling architects to apply immediately their new skills to further their practice's business development. Our mentoring programme provides on-on-one support for architects seeking to improve their personal management and business skills. We also deliver a range of business, management and personal development workshops for other members of the architectural practice team. These programmes have been designed to help individuals and teams to become more competent and confident in what they do and be able to support fully the practice's aims and objectives. We have a strong track record in helping practices to achieve the Investors in People standard and use the standard to assist architectural practices in their business development.
