He provides sales and marketing consultancy to a variety of businesses and is one of the tutors on UMD Professional's ILM management qualification courses. |

Qureshi is a partner in a large professional practice in South
Ockendon, Essex. He has a keen interest in business and professional practice management
and now presents a large number of Hands-on management workshops
for UMD Professional. He combines a practical management approach
based on real experience with a clear understanding of the key issues

Nigel Fenton began his career working for a major trade association, supporting UK companies in the development of standards for electronic business communications. He then spent many years working for a multinational FMCG manufacturer, and leading a team which developed best in class processes for managing change. More recently he has provided consultancy support and training on business processes and acts as an assessor for ILM qualifications. |

Sue James has significant strategic and project management experience, working within highly competitive business environments. She has demonstrated great success in leading complex new product launches, and has extensive hands-on team management and quality improvement experience. |

Martin
Ashley started his career in the Services and established his own practice in 1977. He has a particular interest in the development of the role of practice managers and sits on the Institute of Leadership and Management committee. He was a member of his local health authority from 1985 - 1990 and retains a keen interest in strategic issues. |

Peter
Warner is a solicitor admitted
to practice in 1985 with a wealth of consultancy, training and management
experience. He joined a major law network in 1992 where he was responsible
for the planning, co-ordination and implementation of business reviews
and consultancy projects for practices ranging in size from four
to sixty five partners. His recent work includes various quality
and performance improvement initiatives such as Investors in People.
