He provides sales and marketing consultancy to a variety of businesses and is one of the tutors on UMD Professional's ILM management qualification courses. |

Alison Lewis is an experienced former senior manager in the Civil Service and project manager in the public sector. She holds the ILM Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching from the University of South Wales and has gained wide experience as a leadership and management trainer and facilitator in both the public and private sectors. Nigel Fenton began his career working for a major trade association, supporting UK companies in the development of standards for electronic business communications. He then spent many years working for a multinational FMCG manufacturer, and leading a team which developed best in class processes for managing change. More recently he has provided consultancy support and training on business processes and acts as an assessor for ILM management qualifications. |
