Management Development

Our Management Development workshops are delivered in-house at your clinic. They are practical, interactive and involve a high level of participation from attendees.

We aim to make learning as relevant as possible, enabling you to apply immediately your new skills to further your clinic's business development.

You can choose between the programmes outlined for each workshop or alternatively tailor-make a programme to suit your specific requirements.

The workshops are delivered by one of our team of trainers.

Fees
Fees vary according to the length of the workshop and are for up to 15 attendees from your clinic:

Lunchtime or breakfast briefing (two hours) £300 plus VAT and travel costs.Half day workshop £500 plus VAT and travel costs.
Full day workshop £1,000 plus VAT and travel costs.
